2. Services

RS Buildwell & Constructor provides construction, architecture, interior design, and renovation services. All services are subject to availability and the terms outlined in individual project contracts.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotes provided through our website are estimates and subject to final site assessment.
Prices may vary based on material costs, design changes, and site conditions.
A detailed cost breakdown will be provided before the start of any project.
Payment terms will be outlined in the project contract.

4. Project Timelines

Estimated project timelines are provided in good faith but may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, regulatory approvals, and other factors beyond our control. We will keep clients informed of any significant changes to the timeline.

5. Warranty

All projects come with a 10-year structural warranty.
1-year warranty on fittings and finishes.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Client Responsibilities

Providing accurate information about the project site and requirements.
Obtaining necessary permits and clearances (RS Buildwell & Constructor can assist with this).
Making timely payments as per the agreed schedule.
Providing site access as needed for construction activities.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and materials created by RS Buildwell & Constructor remain our intellectual property until the project is fully paid for. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

RS Buildwell & Constructor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, in accordance with Indian law.
